Edith Road is situated in the Hammersmith area of London. The service consists of 24 bed spaces for single men aged 18+ which is part of a managed cluster service of supported accommodation in the district. The service is self-catering with 5 shared kitchens.
Comprising of two converted town houses Edith Road provides support for up to 24 single men on five floors. There is a small office area, reception, lounge and small garden to the rear with a basement well at the front and steps that lead up to the entrance. Each client has an evidence based learning log in the key areas of: personal wellbeing, being healthy, staying safe, economic wellbeing, and making a positive contribution. These areas are integrated into support plans and risk assessments.
