Situated in the centre of Bristol the service provides direct access supported accommodation for clients at Level 1. There are 93 places available (83 Lifehouse / 10 Bridge) and the service is catered. Each resident is allocated a key worker. Action plan drawn up to assist resident’s move towards independent living.
Within the centre is the ‘Bridge Programme’ which enables residents to address addictive behaviour. There is also a Tenancy Sustainment and Resettlement Service (TS&R) based in Logos House.
