Witham Lodge

Situated in the centre of Skegness the service provides accommodation and support for 30 homeless people in twenty-six self-catering single en-suite bedrooms arranged in five clusters sharing a communal lounge and kitchen and four self-contained flats. The staff aims to identify the causes of the individual’s homelessness, once the issues have been jointly identified then, in partnership, both the project worker and resident work towards addressing those needs by setting goals.
