My name is Mandy and I live in Darlington, I've lived in a Salvation Army Homes flat since 2015. During COVID our estate experienced anti-social behaviour. I volunteered with T4R to help the Salvation Army Homes team become aware of the impact it was having on residents and to be at the forefront of building a local community.
