Situated just outside the town centre of Bolton the service is a 36 bedded unit for men aged 18 and over with direct access and resettlement beds. Under the Supporting People Contract clients can stay for a twelve week period. The service is self-catering with kitchens provided.
36 self-contained rooms with access to communal lounge and kitchens on each cluster
Support offered by individual support planning/assessments and referrals to other agencies for identified support/ link work sessions and in house surgeries offered around debts/health/independent living etc. / accommodation based support to provide resettlement within a twelve week stay.
