Pathways is a 14-bedroom facility that provides supported housing for adults coping with mental health challenges. Residents have private bedrooms and share communal facilities like kitchens, lounges, and bathrooms. Each resident is assigned a keyworker who helps them work towards personalised goals and review progress regularly.
The average stay is up to two years, after which most resident’s transition to independent living arrangements. Like the previous provider, Saha will provide an additional six months of resettlement support during this period. Pathways accept residents aged 18+ with no upper age limit. The service is staffed 24/7 by four housing support workers and a team manager.
Services focus on developing independent living skills and take a personalised, resident-centred approach. Support may include budgeting, accessing community resources, education/employment, and more based on individual needs.
