Roseberry

Roseberry provides a 24 hour staffed service for adults living with mental health in need of some tenancy related support during the days/evenings moving to concierge support during the night.

Roseberry has 13 self-contained flats, each with their own bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, with additional facilities such as a communal garden, laundry room, and talent suite with internet access, and training. We also offer a local activity timetable for residents who want to engage in the activities we offer.

Upon allocation each resident is allocated a key worker who will work with them to create a tailored support package to assist with meeting their specific needs, working with the community teams and resources to achieve a comprehensive support package to meet the needs of those living at the service..

Criteria for Roseberry

Adults with a mental health diagnosis, personality disorder, receiving an on- going intervention from secondary services in the community (with a local area connection)
