We are always looking for ways to improve our services, and we need your help! Beginning at the end of April to mid June, you may receive a Resident Satisfaction Survey by post or phone from an independent research agency called Acuity.
This is your chance to tell us what’s working well and where we can do better. Your feedback is completely confidential, and the survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
